Service department is a joke. Worst customer service I have ever had. And they tried to charge $200 more than the quoted price. 45 minutes later I finally got out. I had a recall on my jeep. They found the parts, called me back and we set an appointment for the first available at 8 AM. They advised me it would take 1 hr. When I showed up this morning at 7.50AM they v me back and we set an appointment for the first available at 8 AM. They advised me it would take 1 hr. When I showed up this morning at 7.50AM they verified it would take an hour so I waited. 2 hours later they told me it had taken double the time because they had temporarily ran out of butane for heat shrink, and they had mistakenly put 3 vehicles with people waiting on the same tech. Not once did they approach me during those 2 hours and tell me why it was taking so long, and what had happened or offer me a ride to my home or any other options. Their apologies at the end fell on deaf ears. I will never go here again. More

Wouldn’t let them work on my kids bike. Worst experience I have ever had with a service department and dealership. My truck was towed here by road side assistants. I was in town for work and Worst experience I have ever had with a service department and dealership. My truck was towed here by road side assistants. I was in town for work and had no idea where to send it so I had them tow it to the closest dealership. They never notified me when they received my vehicle. I was basically stranded with no transportation two hours from home and here for a month for work. When they did contact me, they acted like it was my fault that the vehicle broke down and it was huge inconvenience for them to mess with it. Would not help me find transportation. Said the best they could do was trade the truck in for a new one. Would not communicate what was going on with my vehicle or when I could expect it back. We had to call every time. Called on Friday after Thanksgiving and was told the tech was out that day and they would call on Monday. No word on Monday. No word on Tuesday. Called on Wednesday and was told it was completed on Monday. Matt said he had called and left a message. He didn’t. No help getting me back to my vehicle. Had to Uber before work and open late so I could get my truck back. When I did get to pick it up, it was dirtier than when I took it in. Still had the transmission fluid all over the paint and undercarriage, and grease and dirt all over the driver side door on the inside and out. I use this vehicle to make a living and it is a representation of my company to clients. It’s frustrating that it was not cared for in a more respectful manner. Zero communication. Zero service. Zero sympathy. Zero help. Already having trouble with the truck again, so starting to question the quality of work completed. More

Couldn't help but hear DennisS. I was in the service department yesterday. I overheard DennisS on a very rude and loud tirade regarding his air conditioner. I felt like he was not listening to Bruce at all and just wanted to make a scene. It doesn't matter what branch of service you were in, nor does it matter what color of "belt" you wear with your Gi. Any idiot knows that in this Oklahoma heat, an idling car air conditioner will not register as cool as when it is running. Bruce even offered a compromise on the price of the service which I thought was very generous considering the abuse he was having to listen to. I admire Bruce for keeping his cool as long as he did. Sometimes the customer is not always right. In this case, the customer was impossible!! More
Abuse from Bruce... the service manager Basically, they were unable to fix my AC but claimed it was fixed. Bruce the service manager put a thermometer into the vent to prove it. Bruce said temp should be between 45 and 55 degrees. When temp failed to get below 60, Bruce became very verbally abusive towards me and even made what appeared to me to be threats. Bruce slammed my truck door very hard twice and was very inappropriate and unprofessional. He even threatened to destroy my business as if he has any power to do anything but talk. I will NEVER go back to this dealer, or recommend them to anyone. No customer should ever be subjected to that sort of behavior. Especially from a service manager. Shame on you Bruce… get some anger management classes. More
