Fair - Friendly - Fast After shopping on the Internet we found a vehicle we wanted to see at Joe Cooper Yukon. We went to the dealership but the vehicle was actually at one After shopping on the Internet we found a vehicle we wanted to see at Joe Cooper Yukon. We went to the dealership but the vehicle was actually at one of their other locations. The next business day they had the vehicle delivered back to their location and notified us that it was available to see and test drive if we wanted. My husband and I went in that evening drove the vehicle and loved it. We decided to purchase the vehicle and in less than two hours at the Dealership we were done and headed home with our new car. The price was great the service was great and we would definitely recommend them. More

2017 Escape Our salesperson Lourdes, was excellent although getting through the maze for actually purchasing the car was ridiculous. We had financing already thro Our salesperson Lourdes, was excellent although getting through the maze for actually purchasing the car was ridiculous. We had financing already through my credit union. Not sure if that affected the sales or not, but three attempts were made before finally agreeing on an out the door price. Then an hour plus wait for the finance guy Terry to finalize the deal. Even then the dealership finance manager I believe Scott was his name. Stated that they would not honor a 36,000 mile warranty beginning from the day of purchase. So we needed to be happy with 3655 miles already on the car, he couldn't do anything about extending the warranty. We walked out only to have Lourdes call us back after taking the matter to someone else. I was irritated and said as much to her although I knew she had nothing to do with this. We returned the following evening to close the deal. Emily Rawling was superb in getting all the technical aspects of our car familiar to us. The experience with the beginning and the end was pleasant and professional. Sadly the finance dept needs to get their "business" streamlined and personalized for the customer. People skills 101 is needed in this department. When a manager tells you this is the best he can do, when I already knew they would extend the warranty on a new car sale, he should be held accountable for his actions. More
