small issue, took in once appointment was scheduled, was 230 miles over warranty miles (60,000 had 60230), techs eluded that should be covered from warranty or extended warranty, now we are 45 days from bringing it in and neither are "warrantable" issues and they want $9,000 for a new motor. Service Department failed numerous times to return phone calls to keep me in the loop. I will be going to get my car to take elsewhere for the same work, $2,000 less and it has a better guarantee than they have for their motor. Now they expect me to pay $1,700 in labor charges. Overall would never recommend for anything related to cars. Poor customer service and willingness to help out on situation to make correct. Didn't buy a used car 14 months ago with intention to have to put a new motor in it. Also complained about me changing my own oil in it and not having their techs do it.
