I have bought many cars over my life time and always hated the experience. This time was different it was very nice. I told them I would pick the car up the next day at a designated time and Emily was waiting for us at the door to show us how to use all of the technology on the car. She has contacted us twice since then to see if we were doing ok with the car. More

I examined my truck purchase with other high pressure dealers in the Oklahoma City metro area and they seemed to only care about making the sale and sucking up to entice me to buy a truck. My salesman David Hernandez with Joe Cooper Ford presented the product in a very professional manner, answered all of my questions with clarity, and informed me of additional features and options that I was not aware of. I was also highly impressed with my impression of what I would describe as the "Joe Cooper family philosophy" of selling both a product and experience while developing lasting relationships. This philosophy was further reinforced when I spoke with Scott King who explained in further detail how Joe Cooper conducted business and I agreed with all of his points and perspectives. Deceptive Overall service dept. is great 5 stars. Trying to get a loaner car takes 4-5 weeks. Of course sales and loan staff assured us loaners were readily a Overall service dept. is great 5 stars. Trying to get a loaner car takes 4-5 weeks. Of course sales and loan staff assured us loaners were readily available when we bought the car. Very willing in loan dept. to sell us several different extended warranties (at least 5), add to car over 5 grand. 2014 explorer with 47,000 miles shouldn't have much wrong. However many little things soon presented themselves. Not satisfied with this car or dealership because of long waits for loaner and broken or overstated promises. Girl answered phone said loaners weren't offered at this dealer have to be a rental. After much discussion was transferred to service and the list for a loaner was 5 pages long. We'd been on the list for 2 weeks and no one could tell us were we are on the list. Frustrating doesn't not strong enough word. More
