Bad customer service Received a re-call in the mail on my work vehicle. Made appointment to have the vehicle service at 8 o’clock in the morning. Asked the service man how Received a re-call in the mail on my work vehicle. Made appointment to have the vehicle service at 8 o’clock in the morning. Asked the service man how long would fix take, as he met me at my vehicle. He informed me it should only take a couple of hours. At 11:30 I got a phone call the dealership that the vehicle was complete and come pick it up. Got back to the dealership by 11:51 and was told by a service department that they could not do any work on the vehicle for another 3000 miles. So it them 3.5 hours to do nothing on the vehicle. Thank you, Joe Cooper for wasting my time, and the money i could have been making this morning. Hopeful someone read this and goes somewhere else for their service. More

Absolutely terrible trade in values, they offered me $25,000 for a 2019 Chevy Silverado that I paid $54,000 for 5 months ago... their bogus trade in value generator on their website showed 36000 trade i $25,000 for a 2019 Chevy Silverado that I paid $54,000 for 5 months ago... their bogus trade in value generator on their website showed 36000 trade in which was bearable but didn’t question any value of my added features, lift, wheels, navigation, bed liner, leather interior, etc..... while they have multiple Chevy trucks 3-5 years old With more miles for 35,000.... I should have read the yelp reviews before wasting my time getting embarrassed. will never step foot in this place again.... More
