Bought a car from this dealership a few weeks ago and still haven’t had the repairs done that were agreed upon when the car was bought. Every time we call or schedule an appointment they say the person i still haven’t had the repairs done that were agreed upon when the car was bought. Every time we call or schedule an appointment they say the person is out sick or isn’t there. Unprofessional & unorganized staff. Have called several times to speak to the GM Joe and I’m either transferred to a voicemail or to Dusty. Will be reporting this to the BBB and continue to go up the hierarchy until this is resolved. Terrible experience. More
