I should have brought someone with me but I thought I could do this myself. I went in preapprove knowing my interest rate. The man started talking about the disease that took my husband and just put papers in front of me to sign. I knew I should have looked better but was totally distracted by our conversation. Found out later they went with a company I would have never gone with. 3% more interest rate and a year more. In payments. Very hard lesson learn. Just be very careful More

We originally arrived to look at a Ford product that was equiva The salesman, Tim McDaniel, was outstanding in answering our questions and helping us. We originally arrived to look at a Ford product that was equivalent to a Suburban to have an idea if we had to rent one for a planned trip. We parked next to a Suburban that was for sale which was what we actually wanted. It was a used vehicle in pristine condition so we bought it. The Finance Manager, Bill Slater, did an outstanding job also in acquiring financing that was satisfactory to us. Both gentlemen were very friendly and personable. More

Best buying experience! Al Gee warmly greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. The vehicle we saw online was being serviced and not available to test drive. When we arrived again, AL was there to meet us, informed us of the vehicles features and gave us space to view and drive. Never felt any pressure. We quickly agreed on a price and Cooper was generous with our trade. Terry Jones in financing led us thru a smooth and efficient transaction, and saved us some money over our credit union rates. The entire deal took less than 90 minutes. Outstanding! More
