Deceptive Overall service dept. is great 5 stars. Trying to get a loaner car takes 4-5 weeks. Of course sales and loan staff assured us loaners were readily a Overall service dept. is great 5 stars. Trying to get a loaner car takes 4-5 weeks. Of course sales and loan staff assured us loaners were readily available when we bought the car. Very willing in loan dept. to sell us several different extended warranties (at least 5), add to car over 5 grand. 2014 explorer with 47,000 miles shouldn't have much wrong. However many little things soon presented themselves. Not satisfied with this car or dealership because of long waits for loaner and broken or overstated promises. Girl answered phone said loaners weren't offered at this dealer have to be a rental. After much discussion was transferred to service and the list for a loaner was 5 pages long. We'd been on the list for 2 weeks and no one could tell us were we are on the list. Frustrating doesn't not strong enough word. More
