Deceptive Overall service dept. is great 5 stars. Trying to get a loaner car takes 4-5 weeks. Of course sales and loan staff assured us loaners were readily a Overall service dept. is great 5 stars. Very willing in loan dept. to sell us several different extended warranties (at least 5), add to car over 5 grand. 2014 explorer with 47,000 miles shouldn't have much wrong. However many little things soon presented themselves. Not satisfied with this car or dealership because of long waits for loaner and broken or overstated promises. Girl answered phone said loaners weren't offered at this dealer have to be a rental. After much discussion was transferred to service and the list for a loaner was 5 pages long. We'd been on the list for 2 weeks and no one could tell us were we are on the list. Frustrating doesn't not strong enough word. More

Disappointing Second time I’ve made the mistake of using this dealership service center. They do not keep you in the loop of repairs or status. Calling to check on Second time I’ve made the mistake of using this dealership service center. They do not keep you in the loop of repairs or status. Calling to check on your vehicle doesn’t give you any status. Still has a variable of 3 to 4 days. All repairs were not discussed after the completion of the repair. No discussion at all just sign this and the truck is pulled around. The vehicle was in the shop for 9 Days covered in bird droppings and dust. Windows weren’t even wiped off to ensure a customer drives away safely. The lack of respect and talking down/short to customers has now made me realize they will not change their ways. I will be driving further for service just to avoid constant disappointment with blind repairs. When we are in the market for a new vehicle we will be staying as far away as possible from this dealership. More
