This is the worst experience I have ever had with a new car purchase! There were several cosmetic problems with the car that we noticed minutes after leaving the dealership. I sent them pictures of all the issues and they agreed to fixe them. So we set up a day for me to return the car for the repairs. It’s now been 4 months and the issues that they have repeatedly said would be fixed are not! They have had me to take off work to drive 2 hours to pick up the car only to have to leave with out it being fixed. Then after weeks of waiting they brought the car to me only for me to have to send it back again for the repairs to be fixed. And then still again they brought the car to me assuring me once again that all of the things were fixed. This time not only were they not all fixed 2 of the major problems were worse! When I called to tell the manager that this care is still not right themanager said well I have you the weather tech floor mates. Now that I kept the car the manager will not take my call. The problems include two places on the front leather seat, the backs of both center seats were buckled in several spots,two paint chips in the paint on the passenger side in the back, the windshield trim was loose and hanging out on the dash about three inches. The sales manager Brian was very rude and unprofessional. He was not happy with the fact the cat o bought was online for a much cheaper price than he offered and then refused to let me use the 500.00 coupon. The Service dept caused $5,000 in repairs, to my car, AFTER replacing a bad motor, recalled by Hyundai. The motor was only 4 years old. The Service manager Refused to make it right,, very rude and completely lied to me or scam me by trying to charge me an additional $1,000 for repairs that didn't exists. Very incompetent! The Manager at Joe Cooper would not return my calls, even though I was guaranteed, by the staff, he was receiving my messages. Absolutely, NO stars from me! More
