I went in for an oil change and tire rotation they told me it would be 45 minutes - 1 hour. I was there for over 3 hours. There was nothing additional done and no explanation of why it took so long. There were 3 other customers waiting in the same area as me and they all had the same experience as I did. No one came out to update us on why it was taking so king. I still love this dealership but I will think twice before getting my car serviced there in the future. More
