Will never be back Bought a used truck had to wait for them to clean it and fill it up and was suppose to service it ( change oil and exc. ). Took them a whole other day just to clean and fill it up bc they never serviced it like they said they would. Finally picked truck up and tank was filled up but wasn’t very clean and it hadn’t been serviced. Oil sticker wasn’t new and oil was old had to take it to a different ford dealer to have everything done bc was afraid they would say they did it but wouldn’t. So had to pay to get serviced when it should have been done. When I called the sales man Carlos he just said ( I don’t know what to tell you and asked if we got the extra warranty and he could schedule an appointment to have it done ). I just hung up on him and took it somewhere else and even had to change spark plugs bc had a miss fire and corrosion on battery terminals ( everything that should have been checked/ changed in the first place. I will NEVER deal with them again. More

Experience was great for purchase; not so good on follow up! Purchased 2013 Lincoln on Wednesday, Jan. 9. Mack McKinney was salesman. He gave us a price, trade in value on our car and we agreed. He was a pleasure to work with. Mack got our car ready and we headed home, 280 miles. On SATURDAY, 3 days later WATER PUMP LEAKING BAD! ON Monday took car to local Ford. Estimate to repair $1200-$1500. Called Mack. He said "All mechanics will find something wrong" He said "maybe" we had warranty, maybe 50-50. I said Mark Davis said 30 days, 3,000 miles. My copy of warranty showed Water pump is covered. Mack said send info from local Ford and "he'd take care of it" I had Ford send the estimate on Monday. Called Mack on Tuesday and Wednesday. No answer. Called Mark Davis to verify 30 day 3,000 mi limited warranty". He did. Said he wold talk to Mack. After 3 days still no answer from Mack. William Green More
