We needed a vehicle that would work to haul our dogs around as well as family. He had us look at a 2011 Explorer which had all the safety features and room for our dogs. Went into dealership talked to girl in front desk and she pointed to a gentleman, that she said that he might be able to help me. Gentleman replied, I am busy with a customer and walked away. I was extremely disappointed, I was ready to leave and decided to walk back into the dealership and spoke with Kevin Towns. He was able to help me with my Purchase of a New Truck. Very Nice Gentleman. Will certainly do business with Kevin Towns again. But think that the Dealership definitely needs to work on the Customer Relations. Was able to walk out with my new purchase very satisfied with Kevin Towns. More

If you want to be called a liar, then this is your kind of p I took my son to Joe Machens Ford in Columbia last Friday to buy a truck. What happened was terrible. As we negotiated our deal with a great salesma I took my son to Joe Machens Ford in Columbia last Friday to buy a truck. What happened was terrible. As we negotiated our deal with a great salesman, Brad, some jerk named Terry came into the deal and tried to take over. I guess he thinks a lot of his people skills, but they suck! Not only did we not need this condescending egotistical xxx, but he called me a liar. My son and I disagreed about an issue with the truck. Not a big deal, but when Terry the jerk got involved he made a comment to me, "your word should mean something". What an xxx. Not only was he wrong, but then he had the rudeness to tell me my word was no good. Then the little jerk called and left me a voice mail, (which I kept), stating he had been there 30 years and no one had ever been displeased with his customer service skills. What planet is he from? Even his co-workers have told me he is a jerk. I have purchased several vehicles from Joe Machens over the last several years and have sent a lot of customers to them too, but those days are over. All I can say for the new owners of Joe Machens, is they may want to give Terry a job he is better suited for, like custodial work. Probably won't be much involved with pissing off a 15 year loyal customer. More
