His patience while we decided what we wanted and tried to find time to come in and take a look at vehicles was appreciated. He spent a great deal of time getting numbers worked out and contacting me via phone as it was difficult to get into the dealership throughout the week. He entertained my kids, gave them snacks, and even played with the baby while we worked out financing with Gene. The night we signed on our vehicles, it was pouring down rain. Dan personally switched everything out of my old car into my new car, placing everything in the exact spot he found it. We found a 2016 hybrid we were interested in and arranged to test drive the car. Mark (sales) listened to us when we told him what and why we were looking at that particular car and he never tried to push us in a different direction or into a vehicle we didn't want or one we didn't feel we could afford. He was able to negotiate a great deal for us on the new one, making the decision to purchase a no-brainer. I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new car.
