Sometime in the late 1990's things changed for the better, and the last few times (over the last 15 years) I have dealt with the people at Machens, its been a great experience. People want a dealership that is helpful and will go to bat for customer needs without being pushy - let the product sell itself and have the salesman fill in the gaps - because Machens seems to have this attitude now, things are a lot better than years ago. This was a great experience and I got a deal on my truck that others in the area could not match. I would definitely recommend to others. More
