A weekend deal We walked onto the lot at around 5:30 PM on Saturday, 6/14/14, just to have a look around. We were actually shopping for our daughter, although we had We walked onto the lot at around 5:30 PM on Saturday, 6/14/14, just to have a look around. We were actually shopping for our daughter, although we had been talking about getting a new car for ourselves for some time. James came out to the lot to assist us, and was friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. Even though we were, at first, just shopping for our daughter, he answered every question we also had about the car's we might be interested in. He managed to assist my wife and I, and our daughter, without getting confused or losing his patience. In addition to James's help, Lance also answered some basic questions for us at that time. We all test drove the cars we were interested in, and James and Lance arranged for us to take the car of our choice home until Monday morning to ensure it was the one we wanted. When we returned Monday morning, James answered a few more questions, and we decided to purchase both. Lance then went to work on getting financing for both our daughter and ourselves, and was never less than friendly and positive about our financing options. Our entire experience at the dealer was as stress free as buying a car could be, much less two. Our son will be buying his first car sometime in the next year, and we will be sure to go back and ask for both James and Lance to assist us. More
