Visiting and working with Mark Dietzel at Joe Machens Ford was a whole new experience. I spent over two hours with Mark going over the in's and out's of owning a new vehicle. He took me on a tour of the vehicle lots and experienced seeing the vast amount of vehicles for sale. We test drove two vehicle that I though would fit my style. I must have had a hundred questions for him concerning style, options and pricing. All where answered in a professional accurate manner. When it came to pricing- the sales people worked with me on what vehicle fit my budget. After getting preliminary numbers, I left and contacted other Ford dealerships and went on line and purchased Consume Reports on the vehicles I wanted. In all cases, Joe Machens price beat them all.
