I have never had a better experience while purchasing a vehicle. Yesterday I was standing in the lot of another Nissan dealer that was 2 miles from my business. They had similar vehicles but not the exact vehicle. Yesterday I was standing in the lot of another Nissan dealer that was 2 miles from my business. They had similar vehicles but not the exact Murano that I wanted. Joe Machens Nissan had the exact one I wanted. After talking to salesman Casey Babcock on the phone I made the decision to drive an hour and a half today to buy MY Murano. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Casey was extremely nice and well versed in every detail on my Murano and took the time to show me how each function worked. When it came time to do the paperwork Rafael Bobea was also extremely nice and made the process easy. To top it all off Casey is delivering my new Murano, driving an hour and half to do so. I do not think you can find a better place to shop for your next new vehicle! More
