He is straight forward and does not just try to push a sale. He meets the needs of the customer and facilitates an easy sales process. He maintains good communication with the customer and there is no other salesman that I will do business with. We came back! We found our car on the website, then contacted the dealership. We were immediately connected with the sales department. She looked up the car, found it was in stock, and we had an appointment set for the afternoon. After looking at the vehicle and a test drive, we were hooked. Cathy was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. While she stepped away, many other employees stopped by to check on us. This dealership is a 5/5 in customer service. This is our second car from them and I’m sure we will be back again!! More
Routine maintenance I took my 2017 Rogue in for the first oil change. As far as I can tell they did a good job. The complimentary car wash, however, is a joke! Every time I've had my vehicle cleaned, including the delivery of a BRAND NEW SUV, the result has been very subpar. More

Taylor Adams worked magic finding the best financing. I came with questions: they answered them. I asked for a specific deal offered by other Nisson dealers; they matched it and made a better offer. Wasted alleged repair $900.00 sent and within 2 weeks problem reappeared. Tara now says "well with the age and miles of the vehicle, it might be something else." I was told $900.00 sent and within 2 weeks problem reappeared. Tara now says "well with the age and miles of the vehicle, it might be something else." I was told the problem had be diagnosed and repaired. Now well, " it was repaired the day you left, everything checked out ok" (per Tara).How many more $900.00 dollars will it take and we can get over 2 weeks driving time? Very whatever, no concered attitude. If I can get this taken care of I hope to not have to deal Joe Machnes and Tara at this Nissan dealer ever again. Thanks but no thanks. More

Friendly, but typical dealership experience. I went in with preapproval from the financing company I wanted to work with. I knew the exact vehicle including VIN number that I wanted as well as my I went in with preapproval from the financing company I wanted to work with. I knew the exact vehicle including VIN number that I wanted as well as my down payment, interest rate, & monthly payment amount. They still tried to talk me into financing through a different lender. They also ran a second credit check on me without permission. I didn’t find that out until I checked my credit report at home & had 2 credit checks from them on the same day. I also made it clear that I was in a hurry because I had to get to work. They wasted so much of my time trying to get what they wanted that I was late to work. In the end I left with the new vehicle I went there for, financed through the company I wanted, but it took much longer & a significant number of times repeating myself. To be clear, Trey, the sales representative I worked with was great. The finance manager is the one who wasted a lot of my time & forced me to keep repeating myself. More
