Service on on Infiniti G37 Since there is no Infiniti deanship here in Columbia, we take our car to Nissan. We bought the car from Joe Machens ONLY if they could service the car Since there is no Infiniti deanship here in Columbia, we take our car to Nissan. We bought the car from Joe Machens ONLY if they could service the car which they do. When we bring the car in, we ALWAYS get approached with a smile from the service people and an open mind on what we need for service that day. They LISTEN and don't ASSUME you're some ignoramus just bringing the car in for something that THEY THINK needs to be done. Lastly, as man who works in a female dominated profession for the last 40 years, I like to THINK I know women better than most men and I know how most women want to be treated. I TRUST Machens NISSAN AND TOYOTA SERVICE. I can trust them NOT to treat my wife like she's a JUST ANOTHER "NO NOTHING ABOUT CARS" woman. They do this consistently. I have been buying from Machens for over 40 years and as long as they do that, they have my business. That's not a track record, that is a CULTURE OF SERVICE. The ONLY reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was my wife thought she should have gotten a little better break on the price of service. I reminded her there are some things money just can't buy. More
