Inattention to detail Took car in for regular servicing. Told attendant (Cody) that I would be waiting for my car. Was never notified when my car would be ready or when it was ready. Finally had to go to service row and find my car and hunt down another advisor (Sharon). Was presented with bill, even though the work was covered by my service agreement. She corrected the bill. Only recommending because they generally do good work and are the only Nissan dealership around. More

Great service is hard to find I have ALWAYS received wonderful treatment at Joe Machens Nissan. The Service Advisors are very helpful and never pushy. They let me know what is reco I have ALWAYS received wonderful treatment at Joe Machens Nissan. The Service Advisors are very helpful and never pushy. They let me know what is recommended for my car and what it would cost. If I say no or maybe next time they are good with that. I even had an experience where my car was out of warranty by about 700 miles and had an exhaust shield break. They worked with me and got it taken care under warranty. I will never take my car anywhere for service as long I live in Columbia. This Service Center rocks and it’s because of the great people that work there. More
A nice dealership The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the clean up guys don't take enough care when they get in my vehicle. Last time they left a greasy fingerprint on the upholstery and this time they drug their dirty muddy shoes across the tan trim. It's a small thing but important to me. Otherwise, good job! More

Tech Advisor Kamille was awesome--I thought I needed an inspection (in anticipation of my vehicle registration) in addition to my oil change, but she Tech Advisor Kamille was awesome--I thought I needed an inspection (in anticipation of my vehicle registration) in addition to my oil change, but she looked up information and determined I didn't need it. She was very helpful--it's nice when a service center tells you that you DON'T need something! :) More

Half and half Cody did an amazing job of taking care of me, as a service advisor. He was super helpful, and friendly. I was happy until the tech tried to convince me it would take an hour of labor (125 dollars) to solder 3 wires. Insulted my intelligence. Definitely lost a customer over that. Nice try though. Hope you don't try to get over on other customers like that. More
