Won't be recommending My husband and I drove from St. Louis to purchase a 2017 Nissan Titan HD Pro4X. On our drive home my husband noticed a vibration. We drove the truck f My husband and I drove from St. Louis to purchase a 2017 Nissan Titan HD Pro4X. On our drive home my husband noticed a vibration. We drove the truck for awhile to verify if the vibration was still there. We took the truck to our local Nissan dealer to have it looked at. They discovered the lug nut key was not in the truck. The person who installed the lock did not put the key back in the truck. My husband and our local dealer made numerous calls back and forth trying to rectify the situation. He called Nick, our sales person, but never heard back from him. The GM, Matt Smiley, offered 2 options cut them off (which our dealer would not do) or bring the truck back to Columbia for them to repair. Then his response was, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, "there's not much else I can do for you." Your dealer made the decision to pay the local dealer to order a key. This is going to take 2 weeks to get plus however much time to get the truck back in the shop to be repaired. We now have to cancel our scheduled trip with our camper because we can not drive the truck. If we were to get a flat there is nothing that can be done. The truck may have a serious issue now that needs to be addressed immediately. Also the power steering fluid was extremely low causing a very loud whine when we picked it up and the front license plate holder fell off while driving. I have called and left several messages for Matt Smiley, who have never returned my calls. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone and I will make sure my Nissan survey reflects the issues we've been experiencing. More

Awful. Had a planned appointment to visit and purchase a car. When I got to my appointment, my sales rep wasn't ready for me whatsoever. Then proceeded to tell me the car I had drove 2 hours to just purchase had been sold the day before. I never received a call before hand. He went to talk to his manager for help, came back with 3 cars that were similar in price but the quality and mileage of vehicle were incredibly awful. My suspicion is that because I had found the car at 7,809 on a website I would be honored that price because it was a misprint. It was originally to be 11k, so I'm pretty sure they tried selling the car as fast as they could for the full price before I got there to get it. Didn't get anything outta the visit, only shown 3 cars. Was offered a gas card. Awful service. Never again. More

I felt a lot of pressure from sales associates, finance managers and even the General Manager at another local dealership. Then my neighbor told me about her recent experience with Adam Hall at Joe Machens Nissan. Adam was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and beyond patient with my "must have list" and indecisiveness. I never once felt pressured into anything nor did I even sense that he was being aggravated by my many phone calls, emails and appointments. He patiently helped me find the perfect car for my family. I had so much faith in him that I even signed all my financing paperwork BEFORE I ever saw a picture of my new vehicle (which is completely out of character for me). Financing was a breeze, I got extremely good rates and deals on all added coverage to ensure i am satisfied beyond the life of my loan. It took no time at all to get the car delivered and set up with everything I requested. When I saw it and got to drive my car for the first time I was completely satisfied and yet totally shocked that this salesman actually listened to me and delivered everything I wanted!
