Best Service in town I came for a regular oil change and was helped by Cody. He was very friendly and took the time with me to answer all my questions. He never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. He also offered me ice cream and drinks during the wait which was nice in this hot weather. No one else had ever acted like they cared about anything but my car. After they were done, he came out and explained the findings from the inspection much more thoroughly than anyone ever has. Instead of trying force me to buy extra things like sometimes happens with other workers, he explained that these were things I needed to think about and we could revisit on my next appointment. He also said if I changed my mind on anything or needed anything else to call and let them know. More

I have found the Joe Machens Nissan Dealership to be a complete opposite. It’s very easy to schedule, they’re fast enough that I can wait, and they’re not pushy. I also like how they explain what will be needed in the future and give me an estimate so I can budget. They are professional and don’t treat me like an idiot which has been my experience at other places. I really like taking both of our cars there and don’t expect to take them anywhere else in the future. More
