Went in for tire roation. Came out with a new car This makes our 3rd Nissan Murano. James Williams is a very good salesperson. Makes the best deal he can to get what you want and extras if possible. He has been our salesperson each time. The service department will work with you to their fullest and will fix the problem no matter how long it takes. Bought our first one in 2010. We went in for a tire rotation not to buy a knew car. I made an offer on a car sitting there and it went from there and we went home with a knew car. More

Went in for a new Altima - drove out with it 3 hours later My husband had driven a Nissan Altima as a rental and liked it. We've had great luck with our 2008 Nissan Quest, so went into the dealership on Sat., Dec. 19th ready to purchase. Came out three hours later with the car we wanted, a decent trade-in, and several good incentives on top of it. The whole process was pretty smooth - and entirely painless. Todd Kelley was our salesman, was very patient, helpful, and friendly. My only problem would have been that there were signs hanging everywhere - on every cubicle, front windows, etc., about a special holiday promotional - Mall gift card or a month's rent - but we were told it had expired already. Seemed strange there were so many signs up for an expired promo, felt sort of like a "bait and switch" tactic. The really bad thing is...I am still seeing the commercial regarding the same holiday promo on our local TV Station - Channel 8/NBC. If we received a different "special" in place of it, it wasn't fully explained to us. Other than the promo issue, our experience was great. More

Michael Hartgrove and Sybil Distler were knowledgable and effectively followed up with us, so we decided to try Joe Machens Nissan when in Columbia, MO. Michael Hartgrove was very patient, and listened to our needs and our desired price range. We were able to choose from several nice vehicles, settling on a great VW Passat S. The trade-in and purchase were handled smoothly and professionally, and Joe Machens made us feel comfortable with a normally stressful procedure, especially an out of state purchase. Great staff, service and a classy dealer! More

Great Experience! I found myself in the market for a new car, and my brother said he had a good experience with Adam Hall at Nissan, and check it out. So I did! Being a Chevy person, I never expected to be buying a Nissan, but Adam told me to test drive the Altima and Sentra, and the Altima won! Adam knew I liked the red color, and sent his men to get a red one for me to test drive, and he worked out a deal that even surprised me!! Thanks to my brother for turning me on to Nissan, and a big Thank You to Adam for going that extra mile to put me in my beautiful new red car!! Thanks for the great experience, Adam!! More

Excellent Sales nService My wife and I were interested in a Nissan Murano and went to the Joe Machens dealership here in Columbia, Missouri. A salesman, Todd Kelly was standin My wife and I were interested in a Nissan Murano and went to the Joe Machens dealership here in Columbia, Missouri. A salesman, Todd Kelly was standing outside the front door of the dealership and I asked him where to find a salesman that had been recommended by a friend. He stated that it was the salesman's day off. I asked him several questions and he told us he would be glad to show us the Murano. After about 15 minutes I asked him if he was a salesman and he said he was and glad to help answer questions since the salesman we asked for was not there. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and polite. We were so impressed with him that we bought the car through him. He stated that since we mentioned the other salesman, he would share the commission with him. There was absolutely no pressure and Todd Kelly , being an x Service department mechanic, know everything about the Murano. GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I had done my internet homework and we agreed on the trade-in value of my present car and what it would cost me to buy the new car. I told them the difference I wanted t pay and we agree upon a price. JWA More
