We were listened to by James and respect that! James was very helpful. We told him our budget and he showed us things within that and under. I am from Kansas City, so I was unable to actually test drive the vehicle, or see it in person. Josh ensured he sent me pictures and told me everything about the truck prior to me making my decision. When I received the truck, it had everything I expected and drove just as smoothly as he explained. Michael Hartgrove was very patient, and listened to our needs and our desired price range. We were able to choose from several nice vehicles, settling on a great VW Passat S.
