I looked at several trucks and began to get very frustrated and if it was not for Heidi assuring me that a deal could and would be made I would have left abruptly. While Heidi maintained a professional demeanor and a positive attitude and a non pressuring agenda, she definitely made the sale. Dan in finance also assisted me in a very professional manner and got me the financing I needed. I will be a repeat customer!!!!
