Bought a car from Machens Mitzubishi and swore I’d never buy a car from Machens again. Loved the car but sales and finance really screwed me over. My husband made me go this time to Machens Nissan . Wrong part was ordered after I had scheduled over a week. Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Work was done but have to take back to correct steering wheel center pad that wasn’t put back on Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Also thought I was told my diagnostic fee of $69 when previously in a few weeks ago would be refunded in final bill. Previous dealings with dealership favorable but not this round but will still recommend overall. More
