Following day returned to dealer and Mike explained all work that was performed and helped me with purchasing several filters for me to install myself. Talked with Sam in sales about possibly purchasing a new Tiguan as well. All 3 individuals treated me well and the prior visits to Joe Machens had the same results. There is no room for improvement as these guys 'get it' and have me as a customer for life with their professional performance. Thank you. More

Before departure, I told JC about the driver's seat never being able to adjust the back, even when it was in the Lease program. He checked it out for us personally and found the problem and corrected it promptly. JC was very friendly and helpful and i would recommend him to anyone who asks. More

Friendly, Great Communication, Thorough Took my Jetta in to get the door latch fixed, unfortunately it had to be replaced. Michael contacted the extended warranty company for me and got it Took my Jetta in to get the door latch fixed, unfortunately it had to be replaced. Michael contacted the extended warranty company for me and got it covered. He also checked and found a recall that I was not aware of and had it repaired before the latch was replaced. A little disappointed I had an appointment for 9:30 am but my car was not pulled back for service until 10:30 am and I didn't leave the dealership until almost 11:30 am.
