John, who processed my payment, was also very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Both Denise and John made themselves very available in the weeks leading up to the delivery of my car via email and phone when I had questions. Once my car arrived, Ted and his service team did an excellent job installing the accessories that I had requested!
