Ivan was patient on the phone and explained their location and all about the car I saw online. I made an appointment and met with Ron for a great test drive. He got the car ready, as I knew I wanted it. Just had to meet with finance. Kareem was charming and patient and very transparent. He explained the financing and never lost patience. It was worth the wait. I left with a Chrysler 300 to replace my Avalon and I think I will be happy for many years. Thank you to all! More
