My father called this dealership for a new white 2005 Wrangler and was going to make a deposit, but Hurricane Rita interfered. Somehow, in one day, Jerry, the manager of Sales, allowed a team of mechanic Wrangler and was going to make a deposit, but Hurricane Rita interfered. Somehow, in one day, Jerry, the manager of Sales, allowed a team of mechanics to modify the car by adding a very expensive chrome mod kit. He was reluctant to remove it and wanted to sell it to us with the kit installed (at a modest ~$4500 price increase). My dad and I wanted him to remove the kit and sell us the car as was, and eventually he became difficult to contact. I called myself (the first time) with my own phone and he picked up quickly.
