Amato Service, Green Bay Rd. is great. Scheduling is always prompt & check-in is fast & friendly. Most important; service is always discussed at arrival. Everyone knows what to d is great. Scheduling is always prompt & check-in is fast & friendly. Most important; service is always discussed at arrival. Everyone knows what to do, check, or report. Call-back during service details issues found, suggested repairs as necessary or future. Always done on time & post service details written out with suggested future repairs to watch. Point: Service is about repair service and not about finding "additional" repair-work. Costs are always reasonable and done well. Thank you More

I came in for an oil change and a light replacement. After waiting 2 hours the man came to me and said that they couldn’t fix my light and they needed to do more diagnostic which would be $75 more dolla After waiting 2 hours the man came to me and said that they couldn’t fix my light and they needed to do more diagnostic which would be $75 more dollars. It wasn’t about the $75. It’s was about me sitting there 2 hours for him to tell me they couldn’t fix my light that day. I could have taken my business somewhere else that could have fixed both problems. The man that checked me in knew I was upset and continued to be a jerk about it. I won’t be returning here. Thanks!!
