The reason the dealership did not get a 5 star is I am vehemently against being forced to buy things I do not want: such as Kahu, Road Hazzard Warranty, key replacement, collision deductible, wheel locks and tinted windows - even if lowered to cost. That is the one thing that made me want to stop and check out other dealers, but I went ahead with the deal this time. This did not reflect on Javon and Thuc as they removed some things not on the car and tried to lower the price on others. More
