New 2018 Acura TLX A-Spec I've been looking at purchasing a new car since about November 2017 and was targeting a buy date of March 2018. I went to the dealership just to look at the TLX A-Spec after doing some internet research comparisons with other vehicles, and Pete was the first person that came up to me. He was very friendly and non-confrontational. He offered me a test-drive of the vehicle and I instantly fell in love with the car. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, and I liked his "no-pressure" style of salesmanship. From then on, I only wanted to deal with him, and have had a marvelous car-buying experience. You have earned an Acura customer for life, largely in part due to Pete's relaxed personality and friendly attitude. Notable Experience I have known Juan for several years now. I still remember the notable experience that my wife and I had purchasing her MDX. From start to finish Ju I have known Juan for several years now. I still remember the notable experience that my wife and I had purchasing her MDX. From start to finish Juan was most attentive to our questions and the financing that I was seeking to achieve. In those areas that he could not readily answer in a way he considered responsive to our needs he directed and introduced us to others that could and did. My wife is still very satisfied with the 2013 MDX all wheel drive Acura and drives it most days. We have never had any major issues with the car and the minor ones have been corrected at the dealership when at servicing. I speak with Juan most times that I am the dealership during servicing and he is still very polite and attentive to any questioning that I may have. If and when I am in the market for a newer Acura I will definitely look forward to returning to John Eagle to talk with Juan. Jim Buice More
