Upon first hearing this I was a little hesitant and I thought he was just telling me this to get me to his dealership. Well Charles delivered more than lip service because on Saturday I drove away in a 2018 TLX for the exact price and monthly payments he quoted me. There was no price haggling, no under valuing my trade-in, and no hidden fees. He meant what he said and said what he meant. Honest car salesmen and managers are extremely hard to find. Fun Experience We were coming back from a doctor appointment. We had no intention of buying a SUV. We had purchased a 2013 Acura RDX Tech Package from John Eagle A We were coming back from a doctor appointment. We had no intention of buying a SUV. We had purchased a 2013 Acura RDX Tech Package from John Eagle Acura and were looking at the improvements for 2018. The first question we asked, " Does anything have air cooled seats?" Juan "Pete" Sanchez said, "Yes!" Then he proceeded to say, "That's in the Advance Package along with other safety equipment!" Without any pressure and in a very calm and soothing voice, he proceeded to describe the items in the Advance package for the 2018 RDX. The showroom is under construction. I asked what the sticker price was for the vehicle. He looked the vehicle up on the website and showed us the price. Then Pete asked, "Would you like to go for a ride?" And so we did! We were both so impressed with Pete and his no pressure demeanor and of course, the 2018 RDX! During the ride I said to Pete, "You are so calm, you would have made a fantastic teacher!" I had taught for 38 years and I can spot a good teacher immediately. He said, "Funny you should say that!" He continued to tell us about the organization he founded called Youth Aid, Inc. He had spent time trying to help bullied kids through music and theatre especially in Laredo. He also told us about designing the play area at Katy Mills Mall. When our grandchildren were younger, we took them to Katy Mills Mall to play in that area! Now we go walking almost daily at KMM and see the play area daily. Pete was very proud to have received the Jefferson Award TWICE in Houston. And rightfully so! First for his work with Youth Aid in helping kids get off of drugs and avoid bullying and second with the designing of the play area at Katy Mills Mall which provided a plan for other malls to use for the young children visiting. We were very happy with the negotiated price of the new vehicle and the 2 trade ins. Pete actually made the entire experience FUN! We both thoroughly dislike going car shopping due to the pressure of the sales people. This experience was fun! Pete offered to be of assistance if we needed anything else in the future. He is a sincere person and I believe his offer. More

Best car buying experience I have had in 30 years of buying. Pete met us in the parking lot umbrella in hand as it was raining.
