Okay, first of all, my personal salesman, Eugene. Incredibly smart young man, eager to make a good impression and boy, did he. He's going places. I'd like to really commend him and wish him the best in his career, but I already know that he's going to do great. And if you're looking to buy a car, I'd urge you to ask for Eugene to handle it. Next, the manager, Isaiah. Incredibly kind, also didn't flinch under the wringer I put him through with my questions and inspection about the car, price, extended warranty, and financing. He was personable, we talked about libraries and books while waiting on paperwork to be done, one of my favorite topics. He made what could be a dull task enjoyable. He walked me page by page through what I was signing, ensuring I understood everything. He made sure if I had the slightest concern, it was addressed then and there, not after I left. Lastly, Jesse from the service department came in when Eugene didn't have specifics on a question I had about maintenance. He was thoughtful and well versed in what I needed to do in the future to ensure this car stays well maintained. He went though all previous service records and gave me peace of mind. Overall, a five star experience from John Eagle Honda in Dallas.
