I have taken my honda to John Eagle for the past 12 years and have always received 5 Star service. I recently took my car there for a needed repair to my air conditioner. I was leaving town directly followi and have always received 5 Star service. I recently took my car there for a needed repair to my air conditioner. I was leaving town directly following the repair. It turned out that it was going to take all day to complete the repair so I told them I’d have to bring the car back another time. I had mentioned that I was going to a graduation 3 hours away and really needed to get my air fixed because the Texas heat would make for a miserable trip. My awesome tech Dusty asked me to wait just a minute. When she. returned she had the keys to a beautiful brand new loaner car and asked me if I would like to take it on my trip and leave my car with them over the weekend to fix well that was a no-brainer decision and totally unexpected on their part. Dusty provided above and beyond customer service and I appreciate that so much. I highly highly recommend John Eagle HONDA of Dallas for any of your service needs. More
