Sales person was a good person, I purchase a 2013 BMW X1, only thing I was disappointed/upset. I was never told that the sunroof did not function at all. It was not on the CarFax as well. The cost to fix X1, only thing I was disappointed/upset. I was never told that the sunroof did not function at all. It was not on the CarFax as well. The cost to fix is over 8k and that is what the car was worth. Before leaving I ask the sales person if it works he said “I would believe it would” I understand it is a used car but transparency is the best way to keep a client coming back again. Next time I will do my best to check everything if i decide to go back. More
