I have been a JEH customer for over 20 years, and have never had such a horrible experience as this current car buying. This is not Jacks fault this is JEH’s fault. The finance was screwed up by The m never had such a horrible experience as this current car buying. This is not Jacks fault this is JEH’s fault. The finance was screwed up by The morons in the finance department. I have always thought that the bait and switch tactics were false. How ever this is what happen to me. The said price of the car was changed after the closing on the car. I was told that I was approved by Honda Financial of America.... this was a lie as well. In good faith I traded my 2017 Honda in with $4,000.00 cash... I do not know where the $4,000.00 has gone, but am guessing probably in the pocket of the manager or someone in JEH’s financial department. More

This is the second Honda that I have purchased from John Eagle Honda. From start to finish it took just under 4 hours to drive off the lot. My salesman Nolan was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful throu Eagle Honda. From start to finish it took just under 4 hours to drive off the lot. My salesman Nolan was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful throughout the sale. He presented 3 different offers so I was able to trade up to a 2020 RV with no money down and just a slightly higher payment than before. I got a good deal. All employees here are friendly and service oriented. More

Ron was helpful and patient in showing us the car that we came in wanting to look at. He talked straight, didn't feel overbearing, and was willing to hear us out when it came time to negotiate on the price. came in wanting to look at. It was at that point however that we lost all faith and respect in John Eagle's sales / management practices. We spent the better part of 90 minutes simply trying to get John Eagle to honor the price they listed on their website without having to pay for a $2,000 "appearance package" that was not listed anywhere on the website. While Johnny was mildly helpful, their GM, JP, resorted to pathetic handwritten notes with messages like "Sorry can't sell cars at a loss" or "You win", and then after we walked out texted me a message agreeing to the price we asked for but telling me "That's fine whatever. Just know that you stole the car...So you for sure win now." I'd like to state for the record that Ron was great, but the rest of our experience there led us to going to another Honda dealership who sold us the same car for more than a $1,000 less, out the door. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, but if Ron winds up elsewhere - I'd welcome working with him again. More

I am very disappointed, mind you, I still have not heard from the sales manager Rosario or finance person Tarek. More
