Second time customer Just leased my second Honda from John Moran and the Eagle team. My wife and I were "just looking" and checking out the 2017 CR-V. After a test drive Just leased my second Honda from John Moran and the Eagle team. My wife and I were "just looking" and checking out the 2017 CR-V. After a test drive and some negotiating, we drove out with a new 2107 CR-V Touring fully equipped at the price we wanted to pay. The entire experience was just like the first on, no problems, no pressure, all of our questions answered honestly. A great experience in all aspects. I have no hesitation in recommending John Eagle Honda and John Moran. More

Long waiting period at this place but GREAT customer service Car got broken into, driver window were damaged while was on vacation. Got there at 7:07 a.m. Monday morning - was second in line. Greeted by Jose Her Car got broken into, driver window were damaged while was on vacation. Got there at 7:07 a.m. Monday morning - was second in line. Greeted by Jose Hernandez who helped me with the service. He had to order the window and its part at the warehouse. I ended up waiting there until 2:30 because the driver was missing in action while delivering the part to John Eagle. Not Jose's fault at all in my opinion. The warehouse driver was not answering his phone and failed to update the dealership with his whereabouts. However, Jose was keeping me updated with what was going on. He was being calm and patient handling my frustration. From what I saw on that day Monday 7/3, seemed like he was the only service person who work hard taking care of customer inquiries. Got a good price and car wash as well. He also helped me on taking a look at my tires before I drove back home 350 miles to AR. I really appreciate his help on my journey. See Jose if you ever come to this dealership. Gracias! VV More
