I visited John Eagle Honda - Dallas last weekend to look at a car that was listed on-line. I called Adam Rutledge to set up a viewing of the car. He had it out front for me when I arrived. Because I didn't have an appointment, I walked in expecting a long wait. However, becuase of the excellent service that I received from Lamont Jennings, my wait was much shorter than expected. He operated with such a sense of urgency yet, finesse and I am greatly appreciative of that. Good customer service seems like a thing of the past.
