Spoke with Luis about a Honda CRV Hybrid. Along with the CRV, my wife test drove the Mazda and Hyundai vehicles. Although we had some nice numbers on the CRV, my wife liked the Mazda better. After telling him we went with the Mazda, Luis took this personal and began to "talk trash" on the Mazda as if Mazda makes inferior products, which he knows they don't. But he was so butt hurt that he didn't get the sale, that he was willing to take a dig at Mazda and our choice to go with them. Talk about passive aggression. All you had to say was congratulations and I would love to earn your business the next time you are in the market for a vehicle. But that won't happen and I'll make sure any friend looking for a Honda should steer clear of John Eagle. More

The problem I have with your dealership is the online purchasing experience. Your system is totally fragmented and broken to the point that your F&I department, Luis and I were going in circles. Completing the purchase took the better part of two and a half days! I have purchased 5 vehicles to date online and your procedures are the worst. Three of the vehicles I've purchased online were from Community Honda in Baytown, Texas and from start to finish it took less than 3 hours to complete each of the purchases. More

I was able to negotiate the purchase of my new 2026 Civic Si quickly over the phone, and when I arrived, everything was exactly as promised, without any surprises, no pressure, and absolutely no last-minute add-ons. Warranty information was effectively explained even though I ultimately declined the additional coverage, again without any sales pressure. Yiz in sales was excellent to work with. He was professional, responsive, ethical, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Andres in finance was just as impressive, making the paperwork smooth and efficient while clearly explaining each step. Even though I had previously driven the same model elsewhere, they still made sure I had the opportunity to test drive the car before finalizing, which I really appreciated. It’s incredibly rare to find a dealership that combines fairness, efficiency, and transparency this well. Because of how positive this experience was, I fully plan to return for future purchases and to service both of our Honda vehicles here.
