Bought a 2026 ram 3500 dually in December 2025 just before Christmas for a work vehicle. I did not utilize the vehicle until Febuary 1st of 2026. It has been in for service twice now for the same issue before Christmas for a work vehicle. I did not utilize the vehicle until Febuary 1st of 2026. It has been in for service twice now for the same issue. Trailer tow module recall, and every warning light the vehicle has comming on randomly. This causes the trailer brake system and engine braking to be non operational. The transmission will begin to slip and overheat making it.almost.impossible to stop while towing a trailer. I have video of this happening. The first time I brought it in I was told that I was 60th on the list and 6 weeks before I could have the trailer tow modual could be replaced. Thankfully after countless calls the GM was able to find the modual and get it in the next day. They changed transmission oil and and filter. Apparently they updated ecm software. 2500 miles later it does it again, and again, and again. This time I dropped it off June 11th and here we are June 25th and I just received a message that the parts for repair that I was told would be here June 26th are now on backorder with no new eta. The problem is that it cannot be driven because they ordered a new instrument cluster and once they do that the vehicle is VIN locked and cannot be driven. Let's cap this review off. I am yet to receive a call from any manager after atleast 25 different calls to them asking for a return call. Still nothing. This truck is the one and only unit I have for.my business and it runs $2000 per day 5 days a week. So far I have lost 20k just this time. Then I said let's look at another truck I will pay the difference because it is a bigger unit. I was shocked when they came back with an offer for my current unit of 52k when I paid 79k for it not 6 months ago. The offer was 102k for the 2025 unit that we were trying to get into. I have also been told that parts are hard to get because it is such a new truck. Really? Funny they didn't mention that when selling me the truck. Sales guys especially Ronnie is amazing. If it was not for him I would know nothing. Buyers beware!! They will sell it to you no problem but good luck getting ahold of anyone after the fact. Especially if it has an issue. End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my locatio Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S. More

Well, there no communication until they called me and told me that they had damaged my bumper and they have ordered the new one, but it in until next week.
