Had to go in for a recall repair on my slightly older jeep wrangler. Actually arrived about 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment and they still fit me in no problem. The woman who I spoke to on the phone said the repair would take about an hour to complete and that was pretty spot on. I did get recommendations for other services based off of the multipoint inspection that was done but did not feel pressured (as a female) to try to get anything else done during that visit.
