He did not try to talk me into a higher monthly payment, instead he worked with me on getting under my monthly payment goal! Plus getting a jeep with more features. Worst experience ever. i approached this dealer after finding a car they had advertised telling me it was a great vehicle had under gone service inspection. After a week of i approached this dealer after finding a car they had advertised telling me it was a great vehicle had under gone service inspection. After a week of negotiations I purchased it. As soon as I left the dealer on 79 the change oil light came on. I called and was told it was my responsibility. I took it to another jeep dealer to find out the fog lights where not working and bulbs needed replaced. The jeep was missing a door pin and now 20 days later the throttle body needs replaced. They will not stand behind the vehicle they sold to me which is a 2011 Jeep with just over 54,000 miles. If your looking for customer service and a dealer that stands behind there product id go somewhere else. I will never buy another vehicle off Tri County Jeep. More
