The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are getting ready to move across the country and they were very helpful in making sure our car was road worthy. Mechanic Don took time out of working on getting ready to move across the country and they were very helpful in making sure our car was road worthy. Mechanic Don took time out of working on another vehicle to check ours out and Tim and Nick both moved the process along quickly. The waiting area was very clean and I was grateful to be able to connect to a free wifi while waiting. The snacks were an added bonus. More

I don't understand the point of making an appointment if they don't even work on your care that day. Their communication with other departments is horrible. A fix that should of taken 1 to 2 days took a who they don't even work on your care that day. Their communication with other departments is horrible. A fix that should of taken 1 to 2 days took a whole week. 3 out of those 5 days my car sat untouched in their parking lot. Only positive things I can say is their service employee Nick was very patient, friendly, and understanding to our family's frustration and he was the best part of the whole experience. That deserves a raise for all the xxxxxxxx he has to deal with. More
