Scheduled for an alignment 2016 Ram Laramie Longhorn. Left truck at 8am. Called a 2pm. Work not started. They called at 2:30 saying truck ready. Truck was same a I brought it in. Asked to speak to the a Left truck at 8am. Called a 2pm. Work not started. They called at 2:30 saying truck ready. Truck was same a I brought it in. Asked to speak to the alignment tech. No one was working that day. Asked for my $115 dollars back. Brian Slone and Nick Rolle lied about the truck being finished refused a refund. True CLIP JOINT. Can't believe MOPAR let's them put sign out. Never again. xxxx poor NO service! THIS PLACE S***S!!!! More

Had an appointment for Wednesday said we didn't. Scheduled us for Thursday at 3 went to get the jeep at 400 they hadn't changed the oil and said they couldn't do until possible Friday.
