Great Dealership. Jeff Blevins did a great job with us, and made us feel right at home. The finance guy was not pushy, and we were in and out of his office quick. Was very specific when calling for appt on issue. That not relayed properly to techs, came back 2 hours later to pick up (they didn’t call to tell me it was ready) tech said couldn’t recreate it, took him not relayed properly to techs, came back 2 hours later to pick up (they didn’t call to tell me it was ready) tech said couldn’t recreate it, took him for drive he heard the issue. All techs conversed no one knew what it could be. Said master tech had already left (even though was told when I scheduled they they would specifically need the master tech to find/fix the issue). Let me take car, said would call the following Monday to get me rental car and bring mine in for master tech to look at. Never received a call back. Took to different dealership for the issues to be resolved. More

Took our Durango in because it was xxxxing hard. $2800 later and its still shifting hard. Nick was rude to my wife and I when we questioned their ability to fix my vehicle.
