Horrible sales reps, some were vary rude. Had issues less than 24 hours after buying my ram and dealer gave me the run around every step of the way especially playing mind games. The ONLY person there that w than 24 hours after buying my ram and dealer gave me the run around every step of the way especially playing mind games. The ONLY person there that was pleasant to deal with and was any help was the service manager nick, he was phenomenal and deserves praise. However no one else at that dealer should be in the industry, they were poor representations of dealerships in general. They left a vary bad taste in my mouth and I will NEVER purchase anything else from them More

I was looking to buy my daughter a reliable vehicle before she moved off to college and found what I was looking for at John Hinderer. I called to get an up front cost before driving just under two hou before she moved off to college and found what I was looking for at John Hinderer. I called to get an up front cost before driving just under two hours out to test drive. Whitney did just that, and confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot. When I arrived she had it pulled in a side garage waiting for me. My daughter test drive it and fell in love. We found a small problem with a reflector so it was sent to detail, fixed, and we drove away happy in my daughters new car. I didn’t realize it was Gold Check Certified and came with a 6 month/6000 mile warranty. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Whitney and John Hinderer Honda to purchase your next vehicle. More
