Was told both was wrong with my Jeep. Took it to Byers and they are changing multiple parts in the manual transmission. There is a TSB for the 2017 wrangler not staying in reverse or grinding while going and they are changing multiple parts in the manual transmission. Was told to take it for a second opinion great real convenient. Would not recommend. More

I've had my Dodge Ram Promaster 2500 there 4 times, have paid over $2000 to have all of my brakes replaced and still the same squeak. They replaced my pads, rotors, cables, adjusted the E brake and still I paid over $2000 to have all of my brakes replaced and still the same squeak. They replaced my pads, rotors, cables, adjusted the E brake and still I have the same squeak. I bought the vehicle brand new and thought it would be a good idea to bring it back to the same dealership. I guess I was wrong!!! I picked up my van in one occasion and the E brake wasn't connected. I pulled it to see if the squeak would go away and there was no tension on it. Not safe for the road in my opinion. I brought it back and they said they took it apart and lubricated everything. Two weeks later the squeak was back. This will be my fifth time bringing it back for the same thing. This is my work vehicle that I use everyday for work so not having it or a customer loaner car is very inconvenient and the fact that I live 45 minutes away. More
