I purchased my 2015 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500 from the previous dealership owner (Tri-County Dodge) in 2016. The vehicle has been great throughout the years. I unfortunately was having my brakes put on previous dealership owner (Tri-County Dodge) in 2016. The vehicle has been great throughout the years. I unfortunately was having my brakes put on right before the dealership changed hands. I spent almost $2000 to have my new brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle I drove it for less than a quarter mile and my brakes started squeaking. I called and spoke with the service manager (Brandon- who no longer works there), he said to bring it back and they would get me new new pads under warranty. The brakes seemed fine to me. The issue was my emergency brake. I had a hunch as the sound was coming from the back rear passenger tire. I pulled the e-brake and there was no resistance. They never hooked the brake back up. I took it back in for adjustment but to no avail. It still squeaks. They said to bring it back in for adjustment again. I have to drive almost an hour to get there and they dont offer a rental vehicle. This is my only work vehicle so this is very inconvenient. More

As a team they wanted me to be happy. In my case, they found equity in my current vehicle, and got me an outstanding interest rate on my new loan. I bought a vehicle that I wanted to own for 20 years. It met all my needs, my family needs, and affordable. This vehicle was 2 years old, a solid vehicle that will last. Oh, I'm not done yet! Here, they took all the stress away and lightened my worry. I can't thank them enough. If I would have known getting into another vehicle was going to be this easy, I would came here months ago. They even seal the deal with a tech advisor that goes over your vehicle technology before you roll off the lot. My husband was so impressed on how they helped me; He went the next day and found his dream truck. Which says a lot, considering my husband is not a Dodge man. After test driving, seeing all the new updates inside, and don't forget the Hemi; My husband came home with a brand new Dodge truck. He was so happy. I look forward to our regular service appointments because I know they will take good care of us. More
