We bought a 2019 truck with 12,000 miles on it. We brought it home after a long night of paperwork to bring back the next day to have detailed. My husband brought it back the next day and sat while it was detailed and brought it home and there were still rings on the windshield where the last person had hung something and sticky stuff caked on the bottom of the cup holders . We decided to let it go considering we live an hour from the dealership. 2 days later the check oil light came on and it said 5% oil life. My husband called and told them and they said ‘oh yeah it looks like we didn’t change the oil because of the mileage’......no one even checked it but it went through inspection? We also noticed that the back left tired was losing air pressure after driving it home the first night and drove it a couple days to make sure it wasn’t just the weather making the pressure fluctuate. It went from 36 to the 20’s just driving to work and back. No one noticed that while driving for ‘inspection’ either? The manager Taylor informed me that their inspections are by words not by actually looking at the cars, so that’s good to know if you want to buy a car from them. So i guess they just took it through the car wash and put it on the lot to sell. We brought it back after telling them what day we would be there and when we got there they said it would be 3 hours for everything once they had time for it. So they asked us what day we could come and we told them and now we have to wait until they can get to it and wait 3 hours on top of that. We asked for a rental car to drive home and back because this is on them why we have drove back 2 separate times now an hour each way and the manager Taylor acted as if he could care less about it. He was just making annoyed faces while talking to the lady we were working with while she was talking to him about the situation. He said they don’t have any rental cars. Every other dealership I’ve been to asked if i would like a rental even going in for routine oil changes. I would be trying to accommodate my customers especially on their short comings but i guess their wanting customers for life slogan isn’t exactly true.They drove the truck back from service and they asked if they found a hole or anything wrong with the tire and the guy said i filled the tires what do you mean? So now he changed the oil but didn’t check the tire after they swore everyone knew what was going on. Such a mess. Then they asked which tire was leaking even though the dash was blinking on which one was low if they would have just looked. Someone answered for me and said she doesn’t know (which i never said) and their financial guy Brad stands up and says in a rude tone ‘how do you not know’. Well Brad how do your service guys not know when it’s their job to be able to read a tire pressure gauge. Everyone is so rude here and most of these 5 star reviews are all from sales people that work there including the one we worked with. All in all we will not be back or recommending anyone to buy from them for our experience was nothing but disappointing. More
